At Giftifys, we offer various shipping methods to ensure your corporate gifts reach you in a timely manner. Our standard shipping options include:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in select metro cities for orders placed before 12 PM
- Bulk Order Shipping: 5-7 business days (for orders exceeding 50 units)
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your location, product availability, and any customization requirements.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:
- Delivery location
- Weight and dimensions of the package
- Shipping method selected
- Order value
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹5,000 within India. For international shipping, additional charges will apply based on the destination country.
3. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM IST may be processed the following business day. For custom orders with branding or personalization, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing.
During peak seasons (such as Diwali, New Year, etc.), processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any potential delays.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order at any time by:

- Using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email

5. International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to their nature or local regulations. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped to specific locations.
7. Delivery Issues
In case of any delivery issues such as damaged packages, missing items, or incorrect deliveries, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
